JSD Beata Bieniek
Attorney, doctor of law – a graduate of The University of Silesia, completed her legal studies with top grades.
She defended her Master’ dissertation with honors in 1999, and her PhD dissertation in 2004.
In her scientific work she dealt with the comparative law analysis of issues from the area of the international, European and Polish criminal law. In 2002, she passed the judicial exam with the good degree. Between 2002 and 2006 she gained experience in the position of the District Court assessor, working in the departments: labour, civil and criminal proceedings. Since 2007, she is a legal practitioner.
In the years 2010-2014 she was an apprentice as a partner in BIENIEK sp.p. Advocates and Legal Counsel Law Firm in Zabrze, Poland. Specializes in civil, criminal, family and labour law and social security. Represents parties in proceedings before the Polish and foreign courts, particularly in Germany and Spain. Provides legal services for corporate entities and individual clients in Polish and English languages.
Outside of work she is a skier, runner, yacht skipper.
Legal apprentice at the District Bar Council in Katowice. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at The University of Silesia in Katowice-studies completed with honors. She gained experience during her studies in the legal departments of commercial companies. She has experience in the field of public administration. Her interests cover also the law on immovable property and personal data protection.
She reads books in her spare time.
Provides the ongoing office administration, takes care of the circulation of documents and correspondence. Provides information, at request, about the dates of hearings, ongoing commitments and provides the files during Secretariat working hours.
Privately, she is passionate about yoga and computer graphics.
